طلبتنا الأعزاء المتخرجين سواء طلبة السنة الثالثة ليسانس، أو السنة الثانية ماستر،
نعلمكم أن شهادة التبرئة ستقدم لكم إلكترونيا عبر تطبيق Webetu وذلك بعد اجراء المداولات النهائية للقسم.
ملاحظات هامة:
1. التبرئة تُنفّذ إلكترونيًا بالكامل عبر منصة Progress
2. لن تُمنح التبرئة للطلبة الذين لم يُعيدوا المواد المكتبية المستعارة
3. بالنسبة لطلبة الماستر2 (Master 2) ، يتم تفعيل التبرئة الالكترونية بعد تسليم نسخة (1) من مذكرة التخرج مجلدة ومصادق عليها من طرف رئيس القسم مرفوقة بـ CD (PDF) عليه صفحة العنوان
4. العلامة باللون الأخضر: تعني أن الطالب مبرّئ الذمة على مستوى المصلحة الظاهرة له في التطبيق
5. العلامة باللون الأحمر: تعني أن الطالب لم يبرّئ ذمته بعد لدى المصلحة المعنية
6. ظهور إشعار "أنت غير معني": يدل على أن الطالب راسب أو أن وضعيته البيداغوجية لم تُسوَّ بعد

Dear Graduating Students,
This notice concerns all graduating students, including third-year Bachelor's (Licence) students and second-year Master's (Master 2) students.
Please be informed that the Library Clearance Certificate will be issued electronically through the Webetu application after the department's final deliberations have been completed.
Important Notes:
1. The clearance procedure is carried out entirely online through the Progress platform.
2. Clearance will not be granted to students who have not returned all borrowed library materials.
3. For Master 2 students, the electronic clearance will be activated only after the submission of one (1) bound and department-approved copy of the Master's dissertation, signed by the Head of Department and accompanied by a CD containing the dissertation in PDF format, including the title page.
4. A green indicator signifies that the student has successfully obtained clearance from the service displayed in the application.
5. A red indicator signifies that the student has not yet completed the clearance procedure with the concerned service.
6. The notification "You are not concerned" indicates that the student has failed academically or that their academic status has not yet been finalized.
